A Tour of the New Earth: The Supercontinent of UniTerra

Yesterday, we introduced you to one of the many species that populate the Lumen Universe. Today, we invite you to explore their home world: a transformed Earth.

Following cataclysmic events millennia ago, Earth’s continents merged into a single, massive supercontinent named UniTerra, surrounded by four major oceans and flanked by polar landmasses . This new world is divided into five distinct regions:

The Heartland Region: A temperate crossroads with vast plains and vital river systems.

Boreas Region: Home to subarctic conditions and the remarkable Kouko Vallis mega-rainforest.

Orion Region: A land of contrasts, containing both the massive central desert and the resource-rich Gripa Mountains.

Zephyrus Region: A varied landscape of coastal plains and the towering Dac’rima Mountains

Austral Region: The mild southeastern coast, providing fertile agricultural land and important natural harbors.

Understanding this new geography is key to understanding its inhabitants. The complete, high-resolution version of this map is included in the Xenobiologist’s Field Guide to the Lumen Universe.

The Guide launches this Saturday, August 16th.
