LUMEN

The Lumens are an advanced transhuman species that emerged from humanity through genetic engineering and technological integration. They originated on Earth in the Sol system around 7800 AD as a result of the Chrono-Biogenesis Project.

KEY CHARACTERISTICS

Height: Over 7 feet (2.1+ meters)
Lifespan: 800+ years
Notable Features: semi-translucent blue-green skin, six fingers on each hand
Special Abilities: Energy manipulation, Adaptive Lifetime Evolution (ALE)

HUMAN (HOLDOUTS)

While most of humanity evolved into Lumens, a significant minority chose to remain unaltered, becoming known as “Holdouts.” These humans established isolated communities, most notably on the island of Tungol on Earth, dedicated to preserving traditional human culture and genetics.

CANINES

The Canines emerged as a sapient species during Project Ascendancy in 4280 AD. They have since developed into a major interstellar civilization.

FELINES

The Felines evolved from Earth felines through genetic manipulation and accelerated evolution, becoming a major interstellar civilization.

CEPHALOPODS

The Cephalopods are a sapient species that evolved from non-sentient cephalopod species like octopi, squid, and cuttlefish.

CETACEANS

The Cetaceans evolved from whales, dolphins, and porpoises, developing a technologically sophisticated global civilization.
